Effective Payment Rates compares recorded gift card, credit card and cashback offers by merchant. Cards ranks open credit cards by spending category. BG Deals compares saved buying group quotes for matched products. The Reference library links to card and program information.

ResellDelta does not sell gift cards, issue credit cards, accept orders or process payments. A listed rate or payout is a snapshot, not a reservation or a promise that a provider will accept your purchase.

What “Max discount” means

max(best gift card rate, best credit card rate) + best cashback rate

We take the higher of the recorded gift card and credit card rates, then add the highest recorded merchant cashback rate. Gift card and credit card rates are alternatives in this calculation; they are not both added. When a combined rate cannot be calculated, the page shows the best available payment rate as “Best rate.”

For example, an 8% gift card rate, a 5% card rate and 4% cashback produce a theoretical 12% comparison value. This is an illustration, not a current offer or a guaranteed 12% saving.

The sum does not verify stacking, account eligibility, product exclusions or reward approval. “Up to” rates can apply only to selected categories. Some portals exclude gift card payments or resale purchases. Taxes, shipping, fees, interest, reward caps and different reward bases can change the result.

Points and miles use a comparison baseline of approximately 1 cent each; actual redemption value may differ. A high displayed rate is not a personalized credit card recommendation or a net-profit calculation.

Sources, dates and verification

Our credit card library records issuer product links, reward categories, annual fees, conditions and verification status. Its recorded collection date is 2026-10-09.

“Verified” describes the recorded source check, not a live guarantee. Some card records could not be read from a live official page during collection, and card suggestions can include those records. Confirm the current terms with the issuer.

Gift cards and cashback: recorded provider pages, catalogs and exports. Fluz API-channel rates describe that channel and are not a promise of the rate available to every Fluz app user.
Buying groups: source APIs and captured deal records, with source links and observation dates where available. Older observations are retained separately; conflicting product or bundle evidence is excluded from current comparisons.
Freshness: data is published as snapshots. A site update does not mean every source was rechecked, and we do not guarantee daily or real-time coverage.

How we earn, and how results are ordered

Some links are affiliate or referral links. We may receive a commission or reward if you use them to make an eligible purchase, sign up or complete another qualifying action. Other links go directly to providers. We do not represent every merchant, card or offer in the market.

Commission amounts are not inputs to our rate calculations or sorting. The default Rates view puts merchants with recorded cashback first, then sorts by the displayed comparison rate and merchant name. You can also sort by highest rate or name. Card suggestions use recorded rewards, merchant/category rules and annual fee tie-breaks; they do not evaluate your personal eligibility.

A source-checked rate does not establish that a whole payment combination is verified. Always review the destination provider’s terms before using an offer.
